EF44 Grey Glass Supported Entrance Feature Supermarket Leicester

The free standing entrance feature to the supermarket was created using a mono pitch mild steel framework with heavy duty CHS column supports taken to large concrete foundation bases below ground level, extra horizontal supports were taken back to the main structure framework. Glazing panels of anti sun grey toughened safety glass material were supported from the steel frame by the use of stainless steel planar type fixings. Tension rod supports were fixed to the front edge of the canopy and back to the structure at a higher level. Gutters and down pipes were provided to the rear of the feature. All steel work was fully decorated using a heavy duty exterior grade metallic paint system.
