EF69 Faceted Supported Glass Entrance Feature Retail Park Torquay

Urban Design provided a series of curved feature entrance canopies for a prestigious new retail development. Canopies were formed using a steel work frame of CHS members and a glazed roof area of flat faceted toughened safety glass panels laid on the curve of the rolled roof members and supported in a stainless steel planar type system. Integral to the design of the structures were support columns which doubled as sign frames to which each tenant would add their own logo and advertising boards. Gutters and down pipes were provided to each end of the canopies. All steel work was fully decorated using a heavy duty exterior grade paint system.
