As part of the ongoing development and enhancement of a luxury golf and spa resort, we were appointed to design, manufacture, and install a wide-ranging package of architectural metalwork features throughout the site. The project demanded a combination of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary detailing, with each element carefully tailored to complement the character of the development while meeting the practical demands of a high-end hospitality environment.
Working closely with the client, architects, and wider project team, we delivered a series of bespoke installations across multiple areas of the resort, ranging from heritage-inspired balustrades to contemporary glazed systems and striking entrance features.
A key aspect of the project involved the installation of decorative mild steel balustrades to external terraces and circulation areas. Designed to match the detailing and appearance of the existing heritage buildings, the balustrades were carefully fabricated to ensure a seamless integration between new and existing elements.
The result is a collection of traditional architectural features that preserve the character of the development while providing modern levels of safety, durability, and performance.
Alongside the heritage metalwork package, we delivered a number of modern glazed installations designed to enhance both privacy and the guest experience throughout the resort.
Bespoke glazed privacy screens were installed to selected areas, providing discreet separation without compromising light, openness, or views across the surrounding landscape. The clean, minimal aesthetic of the glazing systems complemented the wider architectural vision while maintaining a premium feel throughout.
We also supplied and installed frameless glass balustrades to the new Gordon Ramsay restaurant, creating uninterrupted views and a refined contemporary finish befitting one of the resort’s flagship dining destinations. The frameless system was carefully detailed to maximise transparency while maintaining the structural performance and safety standards required within a busy hospitality environment.
The main arrival areas of the development were enhanced through the installation of bespoke architectural entrance features designed to establish a strong visual identity for guests upon arrival.
A striking brise soleil installation was incorporated into the entrance façade, providing both architectural interest and functional solar shading while contributing to the overall design language of the building.
Complementing this feature, we also delivered a cladded entrance canopy that provides shelter, definition, and a sense of arrival for visitors entering the resort. The canopy was manufactured and installed to exacting standards, creating a focal point that reflects the quality and attention to detail found throughout the wider development.
The completed package demonstrates the versatility of architectural metalwork in creating both functional and visually distinctive environments. By combining heritage-inspired steelwork, contemporary glazing systems, and bespoke entrance features, we delivered a cohesive collection of installations that enhance the guest experience across the resort.
